1. Introduction

Welcome to Wayso ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wayso platform, including our website at wayso.in, the Wayso Admin application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Wayso retail management system, including POS, inventory management, online store, billing, and analytics tools.
  • "User" refers to any individual or business that registers for and uses the Service.
  • "Store" refers to a retail business account created on the Platform.
  • "Subscription" refers to the paid plan chosen by the User to access premium features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
  • One person or business may not maintain more than one free trial account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Use the Service to engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Wayso offers both free trial and paid subscription plans.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected by the User.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Wayso reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice.

6. Data & Privacy

  • Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
  • You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform.
  • Wayso will not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Wayso.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during their subscription period.
  • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service.

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Wayso may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.
  • We are not liable for any downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from the account settings.
  • Wayso may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
