These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wayso platform operated by Wayso Technologies ("Wayso", "we", "us"). By using our platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

Wayso provides a retail management platform that includes:

  • Online store hosting with custom subdomain
  • Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Inventory and product management
  • Order processing and fulfillment
  • Customer management
  • AI-powered tools for content and design
  • Payment gateway integrations
  • Shipping and courier integrations

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One person or entity may create multiple stores under the same account
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

3. Subscription Plans

Online Stores

  • Monthly subscription at the listed price
  • 14-day free trial for new stores
  • Add-ons available (additional POS registers, staff seats)
  • Billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing cycle

Offline Stores

  • Annual subscription at the listed price
  • Local-only operation with optional migration to online

Payment

  • Payments are processed through Razorpay, PhonePe, or Stripe
  • All prices are listed in INR unless otherwise specified
  • GST is applicable as per Indian tax regulations
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period

4. Your Store

  • You retain ownership of all content you create (products, pages, images)
  • You are responsible for the legality of products sold through your store
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Wayso provides the platform; you are the merchant of record for all sales
  • Customer data collected through your store is your responsibility

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Sell prohibited or restricted items
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
  • Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Resell or redistribute platform access without authorization

6. AI Features

  • AI-generated content (text, images, videos) is provided as-is
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI outputs before use
  • AI credits are consumed per usage and are non-refundable
  • Monthly free credits reset each billing cycle and do not carry over

7. Data and Privacy

  • Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy
  • You are responsible for complying with data protection laws applicable to your customers
  • We process data as described in our Privacy Policy

8. Intellectual Property

  • Wayso retains all rights to the platform, software, and branding
  • You retain ownership of your store content and customer data
  • You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the service

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The platform is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for losses resulting from payment gateway failures, courier delays, or third-party service outages

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
  • You may export your data before termination

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
