1. Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access until the period ends

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your store will become inaccessible to customers
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days
  • You may reactivate your subscription within 30 days to restore your store
  • After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted

2. Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges.
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refunds are issued.
  • Free trial: No charges during the trial period. Cancelling before trial ends incurs no cost.

Add-On Refunds

  • POS register and staff seat add-ons are non-refundable once activated
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis

AI Credit Refunds

  • Purchased AI credits are non-refundable
  • Unused credits remain in your wallet and do not expire
  • Monthly free credits reset each cycle and cannot be refunded

3. Payment Failures

  • If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days
  • You will receive email notifications about failed payments
  • After the grace period, your subscription will be suspended
  • Reactivation requires clearing outstanding dues

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • A credit note will be generated for your records
  • GST adjustments will be reflected in the credit note

5. Store Customer Refunds

  • Refunds for products sold through your Wayso store are your responsibility as the merchant
  • Wayso provides tools to process refunds through integrated payment gateways
  • We do not mediate disputes between you and your customers

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@wayso.in with your account details
  2. Include your invoice number and reason for the request
  3. We will review and respond within 2 business days
