1. Subscription Cancellation
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access until the period ends
What Happens After Cancellation
Your store will become inaccessible to customers
Your data will be retained for 30 days
You may reactivate your subscription within 30 days to restore your store
After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted
2. Refund Policy
Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscriptions
: No refunds for partial months. Cancel before renewal to avoid charges.
Annual subscriptions
: Pro-rated refund available within the first 30 days. After 30 days, no refunds are issued.
Free trial
: No charges during the trial period. Cancelling before trial ends incurs no cost.
Add-On Refunds
POS register and staff seat add-ons are non-refundable once activated
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
AI Credit Refunds
Purchased AI credits are non-refundable
Unused credits remain in your wallet and do not expire
Monthly free credits reset each cycle and cannot be refunded
3. Payment Failures
If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days
You will receive email notifications about failed payments
After the grace period, your subscription will be suspended
Reactivation requires clearing outstanding dues
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
A credit note will be generated for your records
GST adjustments will be reflected in the credit note
5. Store Customer Refunds
Refunds for products sold through your Wayso store are your responsibility as the merchant
Wayso provides tools to process refunds through integrated payment gateways
We do not mediate disputes between you and your customers
