At Wayso, we want you to be fully satisfied with our service. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancelling your subscription and requesting refunds.

2. Free Trial

  • Wayso offers a 14-day free trial for new users.
  • No payment information is required to start the free trial.
  • Your trial will automatically expire after 14 days unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
  • No charges are incurred during the trial period.

3. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded and premium features will be disabled.
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can reactivate your subscription.
  • After 30 days, your store data may be permanently deleted.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the billing date.
  • If you have not used the platform during the billing period, a full refund will be issued.
  • Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the billing date.
  • A full refund will be issued if requested within the 14-day window.
  • After 14 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining months in the subscription.

4.3 AI Credits

  • Purchased AI credit packages are non-refundable once credits have been used.
  • Unused credit packages may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
