1. Store Shipping (For Merchants)

Integrated Courier Partner

  • Wayso integrates with Delhivery for automated shipping
  • Merchants can check serviceability, book shipments, and track deliveries directly from their dashboard
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination

Shipping Features Available to Merchants

  • Pincode serviceability check — verify if delivery is available to a destination
  • Real-time shipping charges — get quotes before booking
  • Automated booking — book shipments with one click
  • Live tracking — track shipments via AWB number
  • Reverse pickup — handle returns with reverse shipment booking
  • Webhook updates — automatic status updates to orders

Merchant Responsibilities

  • Merchants set their own shipping rates and policies for customers
  • Merchants are responsible for packaging and handing over shipments
  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and destination
  • Wayso does not guarantee delivery timelines — these are subject to courier operations

2. Digital Service Delivery

Platform Access

  • Access to the Wayso platform is provided immediately upon registration
  • Your online store is live as soon as setup is complete
  • The desktop admin app is available for download from your dashboard

Desktop App

  • Available for Windows and macOS
  • Updates are delivered automatically through the app
  • Requires internet connection for online features
  • Offline mode available for POS operations

3. Service Availability

  • Our platform operates 24/7 with 99.9% uptime target
  • Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
  • Service interruptions do not extend subscription periods
