  • Wayso Admin App: Available for download on Windows (Microsoft Store) and as a web application at admin.wayso.in.
  • Online Store: Each store gets a unique subdomain (e.g., yourstore.wayso.shop) that is activated instantly upon store creation.
  • Account Access: Upon registration, you receive immediate access to the platform. No physical delivery is involved.

3. Subscription Activation

  • Free trial accounts are activated instantly upon registration.
  • Paid subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment.
  • If payment processing is delayed, activation may take up to 24 hours.

4. Service Availability

  • The Wayso platform is accessible 24/7 from any device with an internet connection.
  • Desktop application (Windows) can be used offline with automatic sync when connectivity is restored.
  • We aim for 99.9% uptime with scheduled maintenance communicated in advance.

5. Data Transfer

  • Store data synchronisation between offline and online modes happens automatically.
  • Initial data setup and migration assistance is available for users transitioning from other platforms.
  • Data export is available at any time in standard formats.

6. Regional Availability

  • Wayso is currently available for businesses operating in India.
  • The platform supports INR (₹) as the primary currency.
  • GST-compliant invoicing is built into the platform.
